NetApp complies with the legal framework that the governments of the United States, European Union and United Kingdom have recently established, including all sanctions and regulations that are applicable to our business. Effective September 8, 2022, as a direct result of the actions these governments took in response to the invasion of Ukraine, NetApp has made the decision to discontinue business operations in Russia, Belarus, and the Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine. Europe is an important market for NetApp, and we will continue to work carefully to assess and respond to any updates across the region as the situation evolves.

We are deeply concerned about the safety and security of the international community and our thoughts of care, support, and compassion are with all those impacted during this troubling time. NetApp is also closely monitoring reports of cyberattacks connected with this situation and will update cybersecurity countermeasures as new threats emerge.
